Relocation Fees
For your comfort, Hype Yacht can pick you up from various locations on the island (subject to availability and sea conditions). If relocation is not required, the yacht will leave from Royal Phuket Marina.

Disclaimers
- If children are taken on board, the charterer is solely and fully responsible for their conduct or entertainment.
- The charter may be unsuitable for any person with physical disabilities and/or who must undergo and/or have undergone medical treatment.
- Swimming is allowed at the charterer's own risk; Hype Yacht provides life jackets. In the case of not wearing one, the company will not be held responsible for any incident that may occur.
- The charterer shall be liable for any damages, costs or losses caused to the yacht or any third party.

Note: charters may vary in price depending on the season, so please select the appropriate Charter Type that corresponds to the correct date period of booking.
3. SELECT Departure Time
Note: Please check available departure times with the WhatsApp contact provided.
4. Add Additional People (if required).
5. In the "Leave additional details" field on the checkout page, please PROVIDE: full names of all members attending, contactable phone number, address for pick up (including hotel room number), allergy information, and any other information you think is necessary for us to know in advance.
Note: transfer will pick you up approximately 1 hour before the boat leaves the dock - depending on location.
6. Pay with your choice of payment method.
7. Show your QR ticket to the boat captain.
