- Special prices for children between the ages of 4 and 10.

- FREE for infants aged 0 to 3.

- No Riding Policy.

- If you have food allergies, special dietary requirements, limited mobility, or any potentially contagious diseases, please notify us in advance.

- Guests who are pregnant or use a wheelchair must inform us of their condition. You will be required to sign a waiver confirming that you are in good health and acknowledge that the tour involves interaction with large animals.

- Tickets are available for two camps: Loch Palm Sanctuary and Naithon Sanctuary (locations below).

- If transfer is required, the schedule for each location can be found in the product images by product and pickup location.

- If transfers are NOT required, please ARRIVE at 07:45.
